Heather Pennington - (HR / IT Manager - Property Tax Consultant)

Heather Pennington joined P.E. Pennington in 2007. She has extensive experience with a service industry firm, managing accounting, HR and IT Departments. This includes industry specific software, website design, having administrative accounting experience. Heather's proven management skills are used in client administrative support and property value appeals. She is also a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals.
